Last Updated: 02/20/2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Medify platform, including Medify.training, PeptideProtocols.io educational modules, affiliated content, and any related services, materials, webinars, downloads, calculators, or communications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Educational Purpose Only – No Medical Advice

The Platform is provided solely for educational and informational purposes for licensed medical professionals and trainees. Content may include clinical discussions, example protocols, research summaries, dosing calculators, case studies, and commentary related to peptides, cellular therapies, biologics, and related modalities.

The Platform does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, or clinical directives. Nothing on the Platform constitutes the practice of medicine, pharmacy, or nursing, nor establishes a provider‑patient relationship.

All users agree that:
• Any information obtained from the Platform is educational in nature only.
• Clinical decisions must be made solely by the treating practitioner using their independent professional judgment.
• Users must evaluate all information in light of patient‑specific factors, applicable laws, and current medical standards.
• Users are solely responsible for verifying safety, legality, regulatory status, dosing accuracy, and appropriateness before applying any concept, protocol, or product in clinical practice.

2. No Warranty or Guarantee of Outcomes
Medify, its owners, affiliates, instructors, contributors, guest speakers, and partner organizations make no guarantees or representations regarding clinical outcomes, patient results, safety, efficacy, regulatory approval status, or financial performance related to any information presented on the Platform.

Educational content may discuss therapies that are investigational, off‑label, evolving, or subject to regulatory change. Users acknowledge that outcomes may vary and that applying any concept or modality involves professional and legal responsibility on the part of the treating practitioner.

3. Professional Judgment Requirement
Users agree that they will rely on their own training, licensure, and professional judgment before applying any information from the Platform. Users must independently confirm:

• Patient eligibility and safety
• Regulatory compliance (including FDA, state board, DEA, USP, CFR 1271, 503A/B, or other applicable regulations)
• Proper sourcing and legality of products
• Accurate dosing and contraindications
• Informed consent requirements
• Documentation and reporting obligations
Medify content does not replace continuing medical education requirements, board guidance, or institutional protocols.

4. Hold Harmless and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Medify, affiliated educational entities, instructors, contributors, employees, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, legal fees, or expenses arising from or related to:

• Use or misuse of Platform information
• Clinical decisions made by the user
• Patient outcomes or adverse events
• Product selection, sourcing, compounding, or administration
• Regulatory or licensing violations
• Business or financial losses
• Misinterpretation of educational materials
• Application of protocols, calculators, or recommendations

This indemnification applies regardless of outcome, including negligence claims, except where prohibited by law.

5. Regulatory Responsibility
Users acknowledge that regulatory frameworks for peptides, cellular products, biologics, and compounded medications are complex and evolving. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to FDA regulations, state medical boards, pharmacy rules, tissue bank laws, advertising standards, and telemedicine requirements.

The Platform may discuss research‑use‑only (RUO), investigational, off‑label, or emerging therapies. Discussion of such topics does not imply approval, endorsement, or recommendation for clinical use.

6. No Provider‑Patient Relationship
Use of the Platform does not create a provider‑patient relationship between Medify, its instructors, or affiliates and any user or patient. Medify does not supervise medical care, prescribe treatments, or provide patient‑specific advice.

7. User Qualifications
Certain content is intended only for licensed medical professionals. By accessing such content, users represent that they are appropriately licensed or supervised trainees acting under a licensed professional.

Medify reserves the right to suspend accounts that misuse educational materials or violate applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Users may use materials internally for educational purposes within their practice, provided proper attribution is maintained.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, patient injury, or regulatory penalties, arising from use of the Platform.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for Platform access within the previous twelve months.

10. Third‑Party Content and Products
The Platform may reference third‑party vendors, products, or services. Such references are for educational discussion only and do not constitute endorsement or recommendation. Users must independently evaluate product safety, legality, and quality.
