REFUND POLICY

Medify operates on a strict no-refund policy. All purchases, including but not limited to courses, subscriptions, and certificates, are final. Refunds will only be granted at Medify's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Requests for refunds must be submitted to our support team with a detailed explanation, and Medify reserves the right to accept or deny any request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. By completing a purchase on Medify, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
